Short answer: automating a process in your company with artificial intelligence starts at $1,200 USD as a standalone project, or at $890 USD if you include it in a new website. It's a one-time payment, Mexican VAT (IVA) included, with no mandatory monthly fees, and the final price is confirmed in a free, no-commitment assessment. Public prices current as of September 2026.
The $1,200 USD price corresponds to the Process Automation package, which includes a full assessment of your processes and your first automation. The $890 USD price corresponds to the Smart Website: a professional site that already comes with an AI chatbot and the automation of one key process.
Many agencies don't publish their prices. We do, because you shouldn't need three sales calls to find out whether something fits your budget.
How much does each solution cost?
- Smart Website — from $890 USD. Professional site with up to 5 sections, a 24/7 AI chatbot, a 24/7 WhatsApp bot via API (optional; Meta fees may apply), and automation of one key process (for example, lead follow-up or sending quotes). SSL and hosting included for the first year; after that, hosting continues on the plan you choose. Delivered in 2–3 weeks.
- Process Automation — from $1,200 USD. Full assessment of your processes (Opportunity Map) plus your first automation: repetitive tasks, approval flows, and alerts and reports by email (or by WhatsApp via API), with hours measured before and after.
- WebApp — from $2,500 USD. Everything in Smart Website, plus secure login, an admin panel and a database. Built for client portals, booking, quote builders or internal dashboards, with integrations to payments, CRM, ERP, Numbers or Excel.
- Total SAT Integration — from $3,000 USD (initial implementation, no ongoing costs). For Mexico: bulk download of issued and received CFDI invoices, tax status certificates, monitoring of the tax compliance opinion (32-D) and alerts before deadlines, with unlimited RFCs in one panel and no fixed annual fee per RFC.
- Official App — from $4,900 USD. Your own iOS and Android app, published on the App Store and Google Play, with 3 months of updates included.
- Your Own E-Commerce — from $6,500 USD. Online store with no per-sale commission, unlimited catalog and orders, and your own app connected to your inventory.
All are one-time projects: you pay once for development and implementation. Prices include Mexican VAT (IVA), and you can pay in Mexican pesos. See the details of each package on our pricing page.
What drives the cost?
Two processes that "look alike" can cost very differently. These five factors move the price the most:
- Number of steps and exceptions. Sending an automatic reminder is simple. A quoting flow with per-client discounts, approvals, and follow-up has more rules to build and test.
- Which systems it connects to. A process that lives in Excel and WhatsApp is one thing. If it must also read your CRM, accounting system, or tax portal, each connection adds work.
- Whether it really needs AI. Many automations run on clear rules ("if this happens, do that") and are cheaper and more reliable. AI is worth it when the system must understand free text, read documents, or answer questions.
- Volume. Processing ten orders a day doesn't require the same as processing a thousand.
- Third-party usage costs. Some services charge per use: WhatsApp Business messages (under Meta's policies), AI model requests, storage. They're usually low, but always ask about them before you start. We break them down in the assessment.
Which processes should you automate first?
A good candidate meets at least three of these signals:
- It repeats every day or every week.
- It follows clear rules, even with exceptions.
- Someone copies data from one place to another by hand.
- Data-entry errors cost you money or customers.
- The information is already digital (emails, spreadsheets, forms, WhatsApp).
Typical examples in service businesses: sending and following up on quotes, answering frequent questions, appointment and payment reminders, reconciling invoices against Mexico's SAT records, and weekly reports for management.
How do you calculate whether it pays off?
Use this simple formula:
Annual savings = hours per week the process takes × hourly cost of whoever does it × 52
Compare it with the project cost to see how long it takes to pay back.
Illustrative example (not a real client): if someone spends 8 hours a week building and following up on quotes, and their time costs $10 USD an hour, that process costs you $80 USD a week, or $4,160 USD a year. A $1,200 USD automation would pay for itself in about 15 weeks — and from then on, those hours are free for selling or serving customers.
Your company's numbers will differ. Our free AI check estimates how many hours you could recover, in three questions and about two minutes.
What should you demand from any provider?
- A written price before starting, stating what's included and what isn't.
- Before-and-after measurement: how many hours or errors there were, and how many remain.
- Integration with what you already use, without forcing you to replace your whole system.
- Clarity on recurring costs: hosting, licenses, or third-party usage.
- Support after delivery, not just the project.
That's how we work: we agree with you on what to measure before starting, and even if you decide not to continue, you keep an actionable plan. See how we work.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay a monthly fee?
No. Development is a one-time project, with no mandatory monthly fees and no forced ongoing support. What can carry costs are third-party usage services, such as WhatsApp Business messages (under Meta's policies) or AI model requests, and hosting from the second year on, on the plan you choose. We break it down in the assessment.
Do prices include VAT? Can I pay in pesos?
Yes. All prices include Mexican VAT (IVA), and you can pay in Mexican pesos.
Does the assessment cost anything?
No. It's free and no-commitment: we review how your company operates, identify what's worth automating first, and hand you an actionable plan, even if you decide not to continue with us.
Can the final price be higher than the starting price?
Yes. The starting price is the floor; the final price depends on the factors in this guide and is confirmed in the assessment, before any work begins.
How long does it take?
A Smart Website is delivered in 2–3 weeks. For larger projects, the schedule is set in the proposal, after the assessment.
Do I need to know about technology or hire someone technical?
No. You tell us how your team works; we handle the technical side and explain it without jargon.
What if I already have systems running?
We integrate with them in stages, testing each step, so your operation never stops.
